Begin 2016 with Mindfulness and Meditation Vinyasa

Join us for our first yoga practice of the new year inspired by a blend of yoga and mindfulness.

This class will begin with a mindful meditation and goal setting with a vinyasa practice focused on twisting, designed to detox and cleanse the body. This class is a time to reflect, and set intention for the new year. We will close our practice with a long relaxation accompanied by a guided meditation.

Please bring a mat, towel, water, journal and pen

Tea will be served.
